Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Back To The Garden! We appreciate your support and are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Because many of our items are handcrafted in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during high-volume seasons or product restocks.

Shipping Methods

We ship using flat rate Priority Mail with USPS. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery times vary based on your location and the carrier selected at checkout. Estimated delivery windows are typically:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 2–7 business days after shipment

  • International (if offered): varies by destination and customs processing

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, Back To The Garden is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package is missing, please check with your local post office/carrier and contact us so we can assist where possible.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or leaking, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the shipping box and packaging materials

We will evaluate the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit depending on the situation.

Hot/Cold Weather Notice

Some products may be sensitive to extreme temperatures during transit. While we package items with care, we are not responsible for melting, separation, or texture changes caused by weather conditions during shipping.
