Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase and feel confident ordering from our shop. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, please review our return guidelines below.

All Sales Are Final on Opened Items

For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any items that have been opened, used, tampered with, or partially consumed, including (but not limited to):

  • Body care products (shower gel, lotions, scrubs, oils, sprays)

  • Herbal products (glycerites, infused oils, wellness blends)

  • Any personal care items

Eligible Returns (Unopened & Unused Only)

We accept returns on unopened, unused items in their original condition and packaging within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Free of damage or tampering

  • Returned with proof of purchase

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item(s), packaging, and shipping box

We will gladly offer a replacement or store credit, depending on product availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit when applicable) once the return is received and inspected. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (wrong item or damaged upon arrival).

Non-Returnable Items

The following are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used products

  • Custom-made or made-to-order items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards
